Full embedded display integration
Using our 3D CAD tools our mechanical engineers can integrate an embedded or display system with your design, to exactly meet any constraint requirements.
If required, we can also design the mechanical enclosure or housing for the packaging of the product.
Importing your 3D design data, our engineers can review your design before the manufacture of any parts to ensure that the mounting arrangement of the display or embedded system is optimised.

Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC)
Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) is the concept of enabling different electronics devices to operate without interfering with each other. Interference that results for non-compatability is called Electromagnetic interference (EMI) - when they are operated in close proximity to each other.
There are many ways in which electromagnetic interference can be carried from one item of equipment to another. Understanding these methods is a key to mitigating the effects of the electromagnetic interference.
Apart from understanding the form of the interference, whether that be a touchscreen, display, charger or even ambient light, it is also necessary to know how the interference is travelling from the transmitting device to the receiving device.
This is extremely difficult to discover restrospectively. However good initial design alleviates many problems. We select the most optimum components for each product at the design stage to minimise the effects of EMI so you can rest assured that the embedded display part of your design is as good as it can be.
