Julie Bicker

Materials Coordinator

With her background in sales, Julie understands customer needs, schedules, and forecasts, maintaining constant communication to keep everything on track. Working closely with manufacturing partners in Asia, she ensures an uninterrupted supply chain and on-time delivery. 

Outside of work, Julie volunteers with ARCh Reading Charity and supports Juvenile Diabetes research, making a difference both in and out of the office. 

Vishwas Bhukal

Quality Manager

Vishwas, our dedicated Quality Manager, leads the charge in delivering exceptional products and services at Anders. With a passion for quality engineering and a commitment to top-notch results, he exemplifies leadership in his field.

A firm believer in continuous improvement, Vishwas lives by the motto “go Gemba,” meaning he goes to the heart of the action where the real work happens. His focus on hands-on problem solving makes him an invaluable asset to the team and ensures that quality is at the forefront of everything we do!

Rhett Evans

Embedded Business Development Manager

Rhett is our go-to expert in the world of Embedded Technology. With a passion for integrating displays and embedded solutions, he’s dedicated to ensuring our customers receive reliable tailored products that will stand the test of time.

A talented guitar player and singer, not only is Rhett our resident DJ at our team socials, but he also volunteers his time entertaining residents at retirement homes! 

Renjith Gopan

Embedded Development Engineer

Renjith is our talented Embedded Development Engineer who thrives on solving complex challenges. With a background in Electronics and Communications Engineering and a Master’s in Embedded Systems, his expertise consistently drives our projects to new heights.

When he's not tackling tech, you’ll find him playing football or exploring on his Royal Enfield. Fun fact: Renjith is also a skilled Carnatic vocalist!

Alison Gower

Customer Success Manager UK & ROW

For Alison, customer success is all about building strong relationships and adding value. She and her team work tirelessly to ensure every customer is delighted, providing transparent service with real-time production and supply chain updates.

Alison loves receiving sales orders and great customer forecast, but outside of work, she’s passionate about supporting Cancer charities and Roadpeace, walking, and writing poetry.

Hanan Hunain

Embedded Development Engineer

With a Master’s in Embedded Systems Engineering and experience in UK railway safety systems, Hanan is our expert in firmware and hardware design, and our go-to for  tackling complex projects - most recently diving into our DRAGONEYE design. 

Known for his detail-oriented approach and positive attitude, he’s a team player who loves taking on challenges. Outside of work, Hanan is a passionate cricket fan, and his love for the game matches his enthusiasm for engineering.

Adilson Jacob

Applications and Development Engineer

Originally from France, Adilson is one of our passionate Applications and Development Engineers with a deep love for electronic engineering and embedded design. 

He dedicates much of his spare time to personal development, whether it’s designing PCB layouts for new power amplifiers, taking online courses in embedded systems, or experimenting with Single Board Computers like Raspberry Pi.

Andrea Ju-Pierre

Customer Success Specialist UK & ROW

Andrea is passionate about ensuring every customer is 100% satisfied. In a fast-moving tech world, she takes her relationships seriously—making sure projects run smoothly, orders are on time, and communication stays open.

Need your device interface production to run like clockwork? Andrea’s got you covered. When she’s not winning big projects at Anders, she’s cheering on her daughter at dance festivals, decorating cakes, or even ziplining!

Head of Global Operations

Based at our Oxfordshire HQ, Margaret keeps our supply chain running seamlessly, from sourcing to delivery. 

With a passion for collaboration, she guides our global team to enhance quality and resilience for our partners across Europe and Asia. Margaret knows that strong relationships are key to exceeding customer expectations as we continue to grow.

Maria Kilbey

Accounts Supervisor

With her warm genuine personality and passion for solving financial matters, Maria keeps our numbers in line and our operations running smoothly.

From managing customer accounts and credit control to meticulously updating our database, accuracy is Maria's middle name! Collaborating seamlessly with our Customer Success team, Maria ensures we're armed with the right data, from credit terms to trading currency, all while keeping a keen eye on our customers' financial health.

Kaye Lewis

Operations Co-Ordinator

With over 30 years of experience in supply chain management, Kaye is a master at keeping things running smoothly. She works closely with operations, account managers, engineers, and logistics partners to ensure goods arrive in perfect condition. 

Outside of work, Kaye loves a good adrenaline rush—she’s even partial to skydiving!

Bernard Lim

Chair of the Board

Bernard is an accomplished executive with deep experience in the electronics, medical devices, and life sciences sectors. 

After 10 years as an Anders customer, he joined the company in 2008 and became Chair in 2009. Known for building strong, win-win relationships with customers, suppliers, and the team, Bernard is passionate about people and partnerships.

A frequent traveler, the airplane feels like his second home. When not traveling, he’s mountain biking or snowboarding with his family in Canada.

Fang Liu

Operations Coordinator

With over 7 years of international customer service experience and a sharp focus on NPI project management, Fang is a key player in optimising supply chain communication at Anders.

Her expertise in the electronics industry and passion for seamless project execution make her an invaluable asset to our global operations.Fang’s determination to connect suppliers, customers, and sales ensures efficiency and cohesion at every step.

Mike is our Display Technology visionary, always ahead of the curve with cutting-edge advancements like Micro-LED and Quantum Dot. From concept to next-gen tech, Mike’s insights ensure we stay at the forefront of innovation and shape the future of display solutions.

Passionate about driving the company forward by matching the right tech with the right partners, Mike continues to push boundaries in both product design and customer experience to redefine what’s possible in display technology!

Clare MacEachrane

Head of UK Operations

Clare leads our UK operations, ensuring a seamless supply chain between our manufacturing partners and customers. With over 20 years of experience in Customer Support and Material Management, she’s made Anders stronger and more agile, delivering top-tier customer support and logistics solutions.

Clare loves the variety and challenges of her role and also gives back by volunteering as a reading mentor with ARCh at an Oxfordshire school. She’s part of our mental health team and, fun fact, she plays the clarinet and has a motorbike license!

Engineering Manager

Christian, a skilled Electronics Engineer with expertise in hardware and firmware, ensures smooth integration of software, hardware, and user experience. His passion for technology and his hands-on approach make him a customer favourite.

Meet Ray, our experienced Account Manager with a robust background in Electronics and Information Engineering. With a sharp focus on precision display sales, he’s an essential part of the Anders team.

Ray leverages his technical expertise to manage our global customers effectively, delivering integrated displays and embedded solutions tailored for industrial IoT applications. He’s all about building strong relationships, diving deep into clients' strategies, cultures, and decision-making processes to uncover new business opportunities.

Rosaria Mastandrea

Customer Development Representative Europe

Meet Rosaria, who supports our Anders team from our office in Italy. With her enthusiasm and deep industry knowledge, Rosaria is well-suited to introducing new companies to Anders.

She enjoys exploring emerging markets where Anders can help turn innovative concepts into reality through our display and embedded systems. Through the Anders "buddy system," Rosaria fosters strong, lasting relationships between our customers, account teams, and engineers, adding a touch of Italian flair to every collaboration!

Steve McGough

New Business Development Manager

With over a decade of experience in business development, Steven specialises in driving strategic growth, cultivating key account relationships, and delivering innovative display and embedded solutions across industries.

Steven’s passion for technology, ignited by his first Nintendo at age 5, continues to drive his exploration of trends in networking and design.

Outside of work, Steve is actively involved in fundraising for The Meningitis Research Foundation, MIND, and Action for ME, including running four London Marathons.

His hobbies are collecting and restoring retro video games and running around after his son Charlie.

Katja Neuhaus

Customer Success Manager Europe

Katja is passionate about guiding our customers through their entire journey with Anders, from onboarding to long-term success. 

Starting the day with a strong coffee and catching up with teams across Asia and Europe, helping customers unlock the full potential of our products and services, while building lasting relationships that drive success in their markets. 

Outside of work, Katja enjoys London’s multicultural cuisine, live music, theatre, yoga, and traveling the world!

Lee O'Toole

Marketing Manager

Lee heads our Marketing team, focused on making Anders the go-to solution for embedded displays. With a keen eye for detail and a knack for balancing design, engineering, and commerce, she knows how to tailor messages to diverse audiences. 

Outside of work, Lee manages her local girls' and women's cricket teams and promotes female participation in the sport. When not on the field, she’s hiking in the Lake District, enjoying the view, and the pint afterward!

Dua Pathmanathan

Finance Assistant

With exceptional attention to detail, Dua keeps our business running smoothly by analysing our operations and ensuring our suppliers are paid on time.

Deadline-driven and always on top of things, Dua’s insights keep everyone on track, and when she speaks, the whole team listens. Her sharp focus ensures no delays in stock, keeping Anders’ heart beating strong. When Dua’s in charge, you know everything’s under control!

Leon Quinn

Finance Director

More than just managing the numbers, Leon plays a key role in integrating systems and IT to ensure seamless operations across the company. His ability to unite two businesses and optimise our processes has been crucial in maintaining the high standards our customers expect.

Passionate about driving growth, both in our customer base and on the balance sheet, Leon thrives on thinking outside the box to support Anders’ future success.

Outside of work, you’ll find him spending time with family, traveling, and hiking - he recently climbed Scafell Pike!

David Roberts

Senior Account Manager

With a strong grasp of both engineering and commercial needs, David excels at identifying the right solutions for customer challenges. He takes into account specific applications and considers crucial factors like environment, handling, testing, and compliance when discussing potential solutions.

Outside of work, David is a lifelong sailing enthusiast! On weekends, you’ll likely find him navigating the Thames Estuary, where his first-hand experiences on the water give him valuable insights into the environmental challenges of display solutions.

Sakshi

Product Manager

With experience in multinational companies and her own startup, Saskshi combines her background in Electronics & Communications Engineering and an MBA to merge technical expertise with business acumen; avaulating feasibility and commercialisation opportunities within current markets while mapping emerging sectors for Anders.

Outside of work, Sakshi enjoys planning her next adventure and exploring new cultures and cuisines. A passionate advocate for women in STEM, she also loves reading, swimming, and meditation. Fun fact: she can automate her home with IoT technology!

Meet Henk, our dynamic customer development strategist for Europe, originally from the Bahamas and now based in the Netherlands. With a diverse background that includes living in Australia, Henk brings a unique global perspective to his work at Anders.

As a member of our Mental Health team, Karen is dedicated to enhancing workplace culture. Always up for an adventure, her adventurous spirit has taken her hang gliding in Rio, hiking the Inca Trail, and scuba diving in the Great Barrier Reef!

Meet Vina, the force leading our operations in Dongguan, China. With precision and a passion for excellence, she ensures everything runs seamlessly.

Fluent in English and skilled at bridging global teams, Vina plays a key role in customer visits to our China office and production facilities, showcasing her attention to detail and commitment to flawless operations.
