About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager who is a passionate about the future of innovative display and embedded technologies and wants to enable the next generation of intelligent and intuitive products.

The role:

Working alongside our engineering, marketing, and business development teams you will deliver a product portfolio which will enable our customers to design their next generation embedded controllers and user interfaces. You will be involved in all aspects of product management including market and competitor analysis, product strategy, support and supplier relationships.

Day to Day:

With rapid technological advances, the role of our product manager is a dynamic one, requiring you to continually adapt to the needs of our customers and market conditions.

Your specific responsibilities will include:

  • Product Portfolio: Develop and ensure our products match our target market needs now and in the future. Maintain our portfolio and develop the product road map and strategy.
  • Analysis: Markets, suppliers, competitors, sales, pricing and profitability to ensure products are aligned with our overall corporate direction and the needs of our existing and future customers.
  • Sales Enablement Tools: Develop product presentations, product demos and related collateral to enable new business generation.
  • Product positioning: In conjunction with Marketing, ensure product portfolio, value proposition and customer benefits are communicated effectively to effect customer engagement and growth.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication with both internal and external stakeholders and inspires confidence and excitement when communicating our product vision.
  • Technology: Have a strong understanding of technology and the ability to rapidly assimilate new concepts.
  • Learning: Learns from customers, markets to find best product solutions and enable future success. Take ownership of issues, find solutions and communicate effectively.
  • Personal Development: Actively seeks feedback, strive to acquire new knowledge and transfers learnings across multiple areas.

Cultural diversity: understands and wholly embraces the value that cultural diversity brings to the workplace and society.

Ideal Experience:

  • Technology product management, including product marketing, portfolio management and business development.
  • Project management skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and deliver complex programs efficiently
  • End-to-end business models, strategies and key financial drivers.
  • Analysis of market trends and customer behaviour, new emerging revenue streams.
  • Strong analytical skills working with complex groups of data to develop insights.
