What Anders is doing in response

Following the latest recommendations, all Anders staff are now working from home with full access to our systems to be able to work effectively and communicate with our customers and supply chain. Deliveries continuing to be processed and will be diverted to our warehouse outside London to minimise any disruption to our customers.

Customer and manufacturing partner meetings will be carried out via telephone/video conferencing. In the meantime, we remain confident in our ability to continue to provide the high level of service that you have been accustomed to.

At present there are no changes to deliveries as a result of these measures, but should this situation change, our operations team will inform you directly about your specific orders. We understand that our customers may be experiencing their own challenges and would encourage you to speak with your Anders account manager if needed, so we can work together to ensure optimum service and supply.

We are taking the above measures and actions to minimise the impact of the Covid-19 to your business and our supply chain and want to assure you that we will be striving to continue to service you in the best way possible.

Thank you for your ongoing support and do let us know if we can help further in any way.
